4857 Sayılı İş Kanunu’nda İş Sözleşmesinin Feshi, Tazminatlar Ve Muhasebeleştirme Süreci
Çalışma hayatında işçi ile işveren arasındaki ilişkinin temelini oluşturan iş sözleşmeleri, 4857 sayılı İş Kanunu çerçevesinde ayrıntılı şekilde dü-zenlenmiştir. Söz konusu Kanun hükümlerine göre iş sözleşmesi, bir tarafın (işçi) bağımlı olarak iş görmeyi diğer tarafın (işveren) da ücret ödemeyi üstlenmesinden oluşan sözleşmedir. İş sözleşme-si, kanunda aksi belirtilmedikçe özel bir şekle tâbi değildir. Süresi bir yıl ve daha fazla olan iş sözleş-melerinin yazılı şekilde yapılması zorunludur.
