7 Kasım 2025 tarihli 33070 sayılı Resmî Gazete'de yayımlanarak yürürlüğe giren Sığınak Yönetmeliğinde Değişiklik Yapılmasına Dair Yönetmelik ("Yönetmelik") ile mevcut sığınaklara denetim şartı getirildi ve bu konuda düzenlemelere bazı yeni standartlar eklendi.
