employers prepare for the introduction of the UK's new
points-based immigration system, which coincides with the end of
free-movement (for EEA nationals coming to the UK and British
nationals going to the EU) from 1 January 2021.
It comes out of a concern to ensure that as many employers as
possible are aware of the potential need to obtain a sponsor
