J.C. Flowers & Co has completed the sale of Castle Trust Bank, a specialist bank with £1.6 billion in customer savings and over £1.1 billion in property finance loans, to investment vehicles backed by Sixth Street and Bayview Asset Management.

Flowers & Co is a private equity firm which is at the forefront of investing in the global financial services industry.Castle Trust Bank is a specialist bank serving nearly 170,000 customers, with customer savings balances exceeding £1.6 billion, a specialist property finance loan book of more than £1.1 billion, and a retail finance loan book exceeding £200 million.
