Le 4 septembre dernier, la Cour de l'investissement et du commerce du Qatar a conclu un accord de coopération avec l'Organisation mondiale de la propriété intellectuelle (OMPI) pour renforcer leur collaboration.
Cet accord vise principalement à favoriser l'échange d'expertises en matière de protection de la propriété intellectuelle et à appuyer les efforts du Qatar pour moderniser son système judiciaire dans ce domaine.
Cet accord s'inscrit dans une volonté d'alignement des pratiques qataries par rapport aux pratiques internationales. Il vise également à consolider et soutenir la protection des droits de propriété intellectuelle et améliorer l'investissement.
