Revision unterzogen. Obwohl die Verhandlungen zehn Jahre dauerten,
konnten die Vertragsparteien nicht bei allen
Änderungswünschen eine Einigung finden. Es ist aber
gelungen, das Abkommen in sehr vielen Punkten zu modernisieren und
dabei wichtige Änderungen im OECD-MA sowie im OECD-Kommentar
der letzten Jahrzehnte umzusetzen.
