Walkers' Cayman Islands Investment Funds team provided comprehensive legal counsel to Crestline Management, L.P. in closing their second European Capital Solutions Fund with $625 million in commitments.

Our Cayman Islands Investment Funds team acted as Cayman Islands counsel to Crestline Management, L.P. in the successful close of Crestline European Capital Solutions Fund II, with $625 million in capital commitments.

The Fund received strong support from both existing Crestline clients and new investor relationships globally, including a diverse group of public and private pension plans, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds and other institutional investors.

Our team was led by partner Bicrom Das, with support from senior counsels Arezou Rezai, Ryan Everett and associate Lauren Bond. Partners Lucy Frew and Colm Dawson provided Cayman Islands regulatory advice, while partner Hugh Anderson, senior counsel Simon Luthar and associate Richard Beazley advised on the financing aspects.
