BC LNG Tax Regime To Be Introduced By October 20

British Columbia Natural Gas Development Minister Rich Coleman has announced two major milestone dates for the introduction of the long-anticipated LNG tax regime for B.C.:

• the bill that will set out the LNG tax regime will be introduced in the legislature within two weeks of the start of the fall session of the legislature on October 6, and
• the LNG tax regime will come into force on November 30.
