General License No. 13G authorizes certain transactions to divest or transfer debt, equity, or other holdings from certain designated blocked persons (including EN+ Group PLC, GAZ Group, and United Company RUSAL PLC ) to a non-U.S. person;
General License No. 14C allows certain activities necessary to maintain or wind down operations or existing contracts with United Company RUSAL PLC;
General License No. 15B authorizes certain activities necessary to maintain or wind down operations or existing contracts with GAZ Group; and
