Two new Hughes Hubbard partners will share their expertise in finance and antitrust during Hughes Hubbard's 5th annual Latin America seminar, "Profiting from the Global Recovery in Latin America." Corporate partner Steven Chung is scheduled to lead a panel on financial transactions, while international antitrust expert Ethan Litwin will conduct a panel on antitrust and competition.

Mr. Chung joined Hughes Hubbard last July as a finance partner and works out of the firm's Washington, D.C. office. He is experienced in a wide variety of project finance, infrastructure finance, aircraft and other structured financings in Latin America and throughout the world. Many of his transactions have won Latin Lawyer Deal of the Year awards, including the Telemar and Digitel financings. Mr. Chung is also named in Chambers Latin America 2010.

Mr. Litwin also joined the firm last July as a partner based in New York. He has litigated antitrust cases in federal courts across the U.S., and successfully represented companies in criminal and civil investigations before antitrust regulators in the U.S. and the European Union. Mr. Litwin also has extensive experience with cross-border transactions, including those in Latin America. He is ranked by Chambers USA as a leading antitrust lawyer.

Both panel leaders will discuss their respective specialties as they relate to the region at our seminar, to be held on Thursday, March 17 in Coral Gables, Florida.
