Over the years, we’ve seen the same pattern with many firms we’ve worked with. Firm owners know they won’t run the business forever. Still, succession planning is often delayed far longer than it should be.

The work is getting done. Clients are being served. The firm is growing. The standards are high.

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) offers a comprehensive framework for proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating these risks across organizations, enhancing resilience and strategic planning.

Succession planning in family businesses requires careful consideration, integrating family members' aspirations and addressing longevity, talent management, and proactive leadership transitions to ensure business continuity and harmony.

As a professional service provider, understanding client motivations is crucial in making a significant impact on their lives.

Despite the special relationship between the United States and the UK, there have traditionally been significant differences between the American and British legal systems, including regulation of the legal profession.
