Presidential Circular No. 2026/9, dated 17 August 2026, was published in the Official Gazette on 18 August 2026. Prolonged Retention And Retrospective Review Of Employees' Corporate Email Correspondence: The Italian Data Protection Authority's Piaggio Decision And An Assessment Under The Turkish DPL
