Mintz served as health regulatory counsel to LucyRx, a technology-enabled pharmacy benefit manager (PBM), in its strategic combination with Abarca Health, creating a modern, independent PBM designed to serve commercial and government clients at scale.
The combined organization will provide prescription services to more than 9 million members across the United States and aims to deliver greater transparency, flexibility, and affordability in a rapidly evolving and highly regulated PBM landscape. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
