With effect from 1 October, Mrs. L.M.T. Boeren will be appointed Marketing Director of Amsterdam Exchanges. She will manage the Marketing Department, which is responsible for the coordination and implementation of marketing policy in the broadest sense of AEX-Effectenbeurs, AEX-Optiebeurs and AEX-Agrarische Termijnmarkt.
Leni Boeren, who is 33, is presently employed as head of the Securities Product Management department of IIUS, the Institute for Research and Investment Services, a joint subsidiary of Rabobank/Robeco.
Also with effect from 1 October Mr. R. Salet will be appointed Spokesman for Amsterdam Exchanges.
In addition to maintaining contacts with the press, Mr Salet will in this capacity also be responsible for the public affairs of the recently merged stock exchange, options exchange and agricultural futures market.
Note Mr Hoedemakers will continue as Spokesman until Mr Salet joins.
At present, Raymond Salet, who is 42, is spokesman for the Comptroller and Auditor General and International Affairs Department of the Ministry of Finance.
