Insolvency from a cross-Caribbean perspective

Mark is a partner in our Litigation, Insolvency & Restructuring Group, in BVI, where he specialises in insolvency, restructuring and investment fund litigation. Mark advises and appears in the Cayman Islands Courts on behalf of provisional and official liquidators, creditors, shareholders, directors, managers and other professional service providers in relation to a broad range of pre and post liquidation disputes. He has acted in litigation involving widely varying commercial contexts and structures, but his practice principally involves distressed and failed investment funds.

Grant is managing partner and head of Litigation, Insolvency & Restructuring in our BVI office. He has acted on some of the BVI’s most notable cases over the past decade. He has particular expertise in contentious and non-contentious cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters together with commercial and trusts litigation and claims involving fraud and breach of duty.

Harry is a partner in our Litigation, Insolvency & Restructuring group and has a broad background in dispute resolution. He has advised clients ranging from individual investors to global banks and has experience litigating a broad spectrum of commercial cases relating to investment funds and insolvency, arbitration, fiduciary liability, and contentious trusts.

Jomokie is a senior associate in our Litigation, Insolvency & Restructuring group. He appears as both advocate and instructing counsel and has advised and defended major commercial banks as part of a robust general litigation practice.
