In this interview with "The Willis Report," Scott Vernick discusses the recent bill passed by the Hawaiian State Senate to protect the privacy of celebrities from overeager paparazzi.

The bill, known as the "Steven Tyler Act" thanks to the Aerosmith front man responsible for proposing it, seeks to create a civil violation for those who take unwanted photos or videos of others in their private moments. The bill gives celebrities the right to sue over intrusive photos or recordings taken of them.

23 of the state's 25 Senate members voted in favor of the bill, which now goes to the House for consideration.
