We advised First Sponsor Group Limited (First Sponsor) as Dutch tax counsel on its acquisition of a 33% interest, as part of a consortium of investors, in the Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht hotel property, a 122-room luxury hotel located in the heart of Amsterdam along the city’s iconic canals. The property is fully leased.
The transaction represents a significant investment in the Dutch hospitality sector and further reinforces First Sponsor’s presence in the Netherlands.
