Commission Assesses Code Of Practice On Transparency Of AI-generated Content

The European Commission has issued its Opinion on a new Code of Practice addressing transparency requirements for AI-generated content under Article 50 of the AI Act. This assessment examines how businesses can demonstrate compliance with disclosure obligations for deepfakes and AI-generated text on matters of public interest, while clarifying that adherence does not constitute conclusive proof of regulatory compliance.
