La Cour d'appel de Paris confirme la condamnation de Netflix France à 250 000 euros d'amende pour publicité illicite en faveur du tabac. La plateforme a diffusé sur YouTube une bande-annonce du documentaire "Schumacher" affichant 23 fois des marques de cigarettes, sans avertissement sanitaire. Cette décision rappelle que la loi Évin s'applique pleinement aux plateformes de streaming, y compris pour les contenus d'archives.
