中国国家版権局はこのほど、「中華人民共和国著作権法実施条例（改正草案意見募集案）」を公表し、一般向け意見募集を開始した。募集期限は8月12日まで。
今回の改正案は2020年改正の「著作権法」を着実に実施するとともに、著作権分野に関する国際条約との整合性を図り、著作権行政を取り巻く新たな実務ニーズに対応して、文化・科学事業の発展を促進することを目的として策定された。
意見は郵送または電子メールで提出できる。郵送先は北京市西城区宣武門外大街40号 国家版権局（郵便番号：100052）で、封筒には「著作権法実施条例意見」と明記する。電子メールの場合は、下記の宛てに送信する。
