So I’ve been noticeably absent the last few days despite massively important developments– FCC Open Meeting, SB690 signed, etc.–and any of you were probably wondering what was keeping me from my Czarly duties.
Actually most of you follow closely enough to know EXACTLY what was keeping me– the birth of my WONDERFUL BEAUTIFUL daughter.
Her name is Sapphire Jane Troutman. 
Such a fantastically pretty girl– can’t wait to show her to you all but Puja says “no pictures” for now at least. But trust me– this girl is gorgeous and you will all meet her soon.
She definitely came a bit early and it was touch and go for a while on a couple of fronts but for now I am INCREDIBLY HAPPY and GRATEFUL to say both mom and baby are HOME and RESTING COMFORTABLY.
