According to the CBR, Delivery - Acceptance Acts and Invoices are necessary to support the fact of provision of cross border services (including professional services, computer, marketing and research, real estate, postal, communication, building and engineering, distribution, educational, financial, medical, travel, transport, etc.) as well as the transfer of intellectual property rights. In some cases (postal, transport, education, insurance) some additional documents are required.
Although this document was drafted on the basis of the Presidential Decree No 1209 "On state control of foreign trade barter deals", the letter of the CBR does not specify that it relates only to barter operations, which means that it will probably be applied to all foreign trade operations.
